Good sized rooms, and a big enough kitchen to fit everyone and their belongings in, with room for guests too. Weekly cleaning was excellent, however any complaints we had were just ignored. The front door didn't shut properly but nobody ever came to look, and the heating was on constantly all year and was never sorted. Luckily we didn't have to foot the bill for that but it certainly isn't very good for the environment, or very comfortable to live with. A word of advice to anyone who moves in, during the holidays when most students go home is when thieves are most active. I caught one looking through the kitchen window while another knocked on the door to see if anybody was in. He asked for a random person's name before backing quickly down the path. Another thing to note is that WiFi is not included so be aware that you'll have to set that up yourself, and sort it quickly because the waiting list for installation gets very long. Overall however, a pleasant experience in a reasonably quiet area (I lived with 5 other people and they were more interested in partying down the road which was nice), and extremely close to the city centre while less than 100 metres from the students union.

You get a nice homely feeling straight away close to the studenta union and if you are part of the school of bioscience, chemistry or languages you can get to lectures in 10mins, 5mins if your a fast walker!
