don't even bother considering this place to live. Yes, Social life is good and it's very near town and rooms are big. Had silverfish and mouse in my room and all reception did was put ant powder and did nothing about the mouse as they didn't see it themselves and could not find anything even though I had a video and pictures!!

The location of the accommodation is fantastic - very close to the town centre and the university itself. The rooms are mostly a decent size - definitely big enough! But the kitchen is appalling! Definitely not big enough of well enough equipped for 5 people for Sure, and the bathroom is equally bad. Unclean feel in both areas and bathroom feels a little like secondary school toilets in a way... not overly pleasant to use! Also the internet doesn't work probably! Resulting in me upgrading my phone contract and using 4G 24/7!

The location is perfect, close to everything, just a 5 minutes walk to city centre, so i never had to spend money on transport, especially in nights out. If you study engineering or computer science, you are in luck, because you just roll out of bed 5 minutes the lecture starts and you are there. The kitchen is tiny and there is no lounge so it's not the best but you can make it work. The shared bathroom aspect is alright if your flatmates are okay but it can go wrong as well. The room is quite good apart from the limited storage space. It can sometimes get a lil bit cold in the room. But you have a massive window so you won't lack the light when you study. Giving that the house doesn't have too many flats, you get to know most people which really gives you a sense of belonging. It is a great place if you want to study but if you want to go out as well. Not too loud but not silent either.

The location is near to town and near to lectures but it’s very loud due to trains and slamming fire doors. There’s no communal area, making it hard to socialise and the rooms are small.

Love the hall, close to the city centre and university. So never really need to do more then a 15 minute walk which is ideal if your lazy. Cheapest halls so expected to be small and a bit grotty, but on the plus size there's down to earth people living there.

To be honest, an absolute hole but location is the best you can get - especially for the price we pay! Rooms and kitchens are pretty tiny but it is all clean so if you're not fussy it's fine!

Senghennydd is a very standard accommodation. It’s very basic and that is what you pay for. It’s approx 15 min walk for to the business school but not many business students live in the accommodation. One issue is that there is usually always a problem with the showers or water which is very annoying (particularly when it’s has to be off for repair). Also, there was a slight damp/mood problem in the accommodation also.

The room was a good size, the bed wasn't that comfy. The complex was generally dated but was being renovated the year I left so might be better now, the kitchen area was small meaning that most socialising had to be done in some ones room
