There are lots of really great things about the centre of Cambridge! All the chain restaurants have an outlet there and there are even restaurants that you rarely see outside of london like Itsu, Wasabi and Franco Manca. The college bars mean that there is always a cheap place to get a drink. However, there are two major downsides - (1) The clubs are pretty rubbish compared to other student towns and (2) there are no good affordable supermarkets in the centre of town (where most accommodation is).

Very small town. Good for shopping. Going out is a bit rubbish, not many choices. Has a great student vibe though. It would be better if it was cheaper seeing as it’s mostly a student town, drinks prices and entry is pretty pricey, similar to London. Other than that it’s a lovely place, beautiful buildings and places to visit including the cathedral and colleges.

Cambridge is vibrate small town, where you will get to know you're surround very quickly. You will learn how to mange your finances because it is quick an expensive, especially when it come to transport, say goodbye to Uber pool because there is non here. Everything is in walking distance and cycling Is the best mode of transport, but don't be fooled there is something called bike traffic...

If you are looking for a place with night life then Cambridge isn't the place to be , to only good thing about it , is that it's good for studying cause it's quiet and everywhere is close to each other , but transport and accommodation is expensive , also finding halal places is hard

Cambridge is a really pretty and cute little city, but not the most exciting of cities for students after a term of living there; There is not a lot to do, not many shops or restaurants or activities. However, there is punting, kayaking, canoeing, cinema, quirky shops and local pubs, museums, botanical gardens and plenty of university-run societies to keep students entertained. There are a lot of tourists on a daily basis which can be fustrating.

Too small way too white. It's an amazing city if you like a cosy quite way of life. There not that many places to go on a night out with only 3 main night club, cindies does not count it is more of a high school disco... Food if probably the best part alot of good Asian restaurant. North of Cambridge is dead south Cambridge is rife with a mixture of people smack heads and middle class people. So yeah...

Cambridge is a cute quirky town that is small enough for freshers to navigate themselves around without problems and large enough to have a large range of cafes, restaurants and small unique shops. However there is a lack of entertainment such as bowling, cinemas and other exciting venues for students so it can get a little boring. The town is very pretty and thee are always plenty of tourists. There is only 1 supermarket in the town centre which is Sainsburys for students' grocery shopping which is pretty expensive and not the best value for money. If you are on a hill college there is an Aldi close by which is far cheaper.

Very pretty and shopping is good, though a lot of the shops are more upmarket. Night life is not that great, but there are a few good clubs and the have lots of different student nights on. As for activities in the city there is nothing out of the ordinary but there are lots of good restaurants and places to eat.
