Cambridge

Cambridge is a small city, it has lots of history and pretty architecture but that’s where the good stuff stops. It’s an extremely expensive city, everything from food, drinks, club entry, transport to accommodation prices. It is simply not worth the money. As expensive as london but no extra student finance. Probably about 4 clubs in total, only 2 of which are actually bareable, but expect to pay in the region of £7.50 for a double vodka and mixer. Very little to do in Cambridge unless you have lots of money, even then its limited to restaurants and pubs which get old quickly. Average student accommodation price is around £600 a month. Go somewhere else!

Cambridge is far too expensive for a student to live in. The average rent per month in this city is roughly £500 a month which is difficult to pay for with student loans unless you also work. Definitely not value for money.
