The location is perfect for first years, with all the major shops for facilities and utilities around us. It is right next to a reasonably big mall, Marks and Spencer, TK Max and a large Primark. It's also right next to the bus stop where all the free bus passes bus go. It's an ideal place to shop and walk especially during christmas time. However, it loses a star for being quite a walk from the law lecture hall, Victoria rooms.

The courtrooms is very modern and new. The rooms can be a bit small but it's nice when you have an en-suite. The social life is not as good as Stoke bishop. A lot of international students are here and they can mostly be quite but friendly. The staff are all nice and heloful.

In my opinion, The Courtrooms had been a great student accomodation. It has been well worth the price. The location is super convenient at only 5 mins walk to Cabot Circus and 13 mins walk to my lectures. It seems to be the middle ground for all things social and academic so I always have friends over in my flat. The room is very cozy, with lots of shelves and drawers for storage. I also love that all rooms are en suite. The staff at the courtrooms are very welcoming and helpful and there are always plenty of events to be a part of.

Location of the courtrooms is perfect only 10 minutes up the Christmas steps to university and right in the centre of the city with bars, shops and clubs all on the doorstep! Social life is good if you make an effort during your freshers fortnight and meet lots of people. Flats themselves are very nice! Room is very modern and en-suites are a life saver! Kitchen is great for work, pres, movie nights or whatever you fancy! Would highly recommend!

The courtrooms has a poor social scene with little mixing outside of your flat or floor. Theres not a late social space as in other halls. However the maintanence team are really helpful and will do their best to help you.

The location is really good. Like 10-15 minutes from university and right in the city centre. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The cleaner comes once a week

If you like shopping, you will love the location. It's also right by SWX and a few other clubs. It can be very noisy outside, especially if there is building work like when I was there. Socially, pretty poor and full of international students - not necessarily a bad thing,

The staff at The Courtrooms were lovely and the location is great, but the social life was terrible. There was a very cold atmosphere in the halls and nobody really spoke to each other or socialised. For £6500 a year the facilities were very limited, some halls had gyms in them and The Courtrooms only had a common room and a silent study area.

The rooms in The Courtrooms are very nice and cozy, beds are big enough and there is enough space to put all of your belongings into cupboards and closet. All rooms are the same size and have large vindows that brighten up the rooms. Bathrooms are big enough and quite nice. Kithens are spacious and have everything needed, including a tv. Residents are very friendly and senior residents always orgaize events in the common room and eveybody is really friendly.

The location is great for nightlife and your social life however the walk to uni is very steep uphill which can be annoying. The facilities themselves are great and the en suite is really high quality however the rooms are a little small. The main issue with the rooms is the heat also, in summer it’s nearly unbearable so would recommend purchasing a fan. The social experience is a little lacklustre, not much mixing between flats and a very small common room makes it hard to meet people compared to other halls.
