Terrible in my opinion. The people who work there do not care about your univerisity experience at all. They give you monthly flat inspections, and quite often we got failed for simply having a tiny bit of dust on one of our counters. They wanted your kitchen to look like a showroom and not like a flat was living in it otherwise you would get charged extortionate amounts for cleaners which they were clearly making a profit on. They don't care for your well being. Complaints can remain ongoing the whole you are there because they simply don't care about what goes on in the flat. Don't trust this halls at all.

The location is extremely close to the university, meaning is it only a two minute walk to campus. It is also right next to the student area which has many pubs and where many society nights are held in the evenings. The rent is quite expensive but it is worth it for how big your room is, the size of the kitchen and lounge as well as having the en suite. Reception are friendly and convenient when you have post arriving. The only downside would be not living with the majority of first years in the vale but it is a quiet accommodation where you see familiar faces often.

Feels very safe with the gates and keycard entry doors, and the reception are always very helpful. Room was spotless when I arrived and is very spacious and the ensuite is amazing! Love it here, definitely worth putting down!! Also it's so close to the university and the aldi honestly it's the best accommodation. Only issue is you're left out of the social experience of the vale. It's still easy enough to make friends though so don't let it put you off too much!

The accommodation is really nice and modern but we have had 3 washing machines between the whole accommodation for ages now and C block lift was out of order for far too long. My fridge also broke and we didn't get a replacement installed for 2 weeks in a flat of 5. It is really close to the university and to Aldi which is one of its best attributes

The location is the best part it is so close to uni and selly oak and it me and you can get up late for lectures. The security is good and the reception staff are wonderful. The laundry facilities aren't the best with only 3 washing machines for all 3 blocks and the others have not been fixed all year. Moreover, the kitchen facilities are fairly cheap and easily breakable such as the sticky plastic over cupboards which always falls off.

Great location- close to uni, shops and students from other years. Staff was always available to help as well. A little expensive, as with all uni accommodation. Social areas were a bit small but overall, a really good place to spend your first year.

Lovely staff and sufficient security and caretaking. Great location as really close to the Uni, however lacking a social side as The communal areas are not really used by students.

Nice and clean, good quality rooms and kitchen, really nice staff and good reception service for mail, people staying there really nice and good security with key cards and locked gates, however, things often break and takes a long time for things to get fixed with often unresponsive staff, also bikes have been stolen often with criminals skipping through security.

The room is very nice, it has plenty of room. You don't receive any phone signal in the room which makes it difficult to make and receive important calls. For a first year, you miss out on a bit of the social experience as you are quite far from the Vale village where the majority of first years live
