The location is the best among all student accommodations, private and non-private. It's right in the city centre but still not far away from my classes. Facilities are all new and nice, I'm very lucky to be one of the first to use it. They also organise events throughout the term and visits to all sorts of places which is one of the best reason to stay in Queen's Elms. The room is lovely too, we all have an option for ensuite room or a studio room which is the best because you don't have to share a bathroom with others, and for ensuite rooms, we only share the kitchen with 3 to 5 more people which is not too bad. Internet is 24/7 perfect which is amazing, but only downside is that I don't think it's worth the money yet because they do not provide a cleaner for our kitchen. Other than that, everything's fabulous!

I'm living in a premium standard room. The room is great and the amenities is fully equipped. The kitchen is big enough to support all the students. However, the number of toilets is lacking as 6 person would need to share one toilet. Elms is a great place as it gathers most of the first year students. Although it is a bit further as compared to the elms houses, it is definitely worth it.

Everything you need in student accommodation and very close to uni. Was easy meeting people as the flats were large. Parking available.

Great facilities with options for your own en suite in your room. Bright, open plan kitchen with plenty of storage space. Good opportunity to meet and make new friends who I still hang out with.

Good location, close to the university. Lots of amenities around the area within walking distance. Plenty of social activities and things to do.

I really love living in Elms for first year halls, the rooms are a good size and have everything you need with a very large desk and the kitchens have plenty of storage for food and sofas and a TV! Also always very social and I have met most of my closest friends through living in halls.

Rooms are a good size, nicely coloured and there is a good number of rooms to a flat. Often have flat nights out as we all get on really well. The treehouse is handy as there is a shop that sells all necessitys and elms village is right beside a 24 hour shop which is very handy.

Good location with lots of access to shops nearby etc. Good facilities within the compound but not enough of the facilities. Laundry is overcrowded and the shop is too small etc

The rooms and facilities were wonderful, however I would have liked more heating settings as the rooms were on occasion rather cold. Elms felt like a close knit community and I am very grateful for the year I spent there as it allowed me to more slowly integrate into life in Belfast

Had a great expereince here, close enough to the university area, nightclubs and sport facilities! Great soical hub in the form of the treehouse with a safe secure environment provided by the 24 hour security!

Quite close to the university, 15 minute walk. The Treehouse has a handy shop for necessities and also a good study area with plenty of computers and free coffee, tea and hot chocolate supplied if studying late at night. All the flats are pretty close and security are really dead on. Free wifi

Excellent accommodation. Cleaned regularly and staff were always available to help. My room had the old decor (holly grove) so wasn’t as modern as the rest but still more than comfortable

It was comfortable and cosy with lots of opportunities to meet new people. Additionally, we all had a resitdential assistant assigned to us to help us settle in. On top of all that, the reception was open 24/7 and there were specific numbers to contact if we required assistance. The all time security made it very safe to live in the place and the convineance store located there made it easy to get a quick snack. Would definitely recommend living in Queens Elms.

Good central area for all the residence in Elms village with lots of weekend events. Rooms are good with good communal areas. Only thing is that it is 15 min walk from main campus and even further to go to the city
