Three Mobile Networks Reviews

I got a new plan just a few months ago and the 3 staff were very helpful in helping me choose a new phone and seemed very knowledgeable. The coverage is mostly good.
Anonymous
I have received good customer service my contract is always fair and i always see the benefits of the contract. Any problems are solved in good time and I am always treated with care
Anonymous
I always receive great customer service from three, they have always done their very best to help. An exciting bonus of choosing three is the discounts they offer on food, fitness and so much more on a free app called Wuntu. Coverage is good & the overall cost of my contract is so much cheaper than other networks, but includes more too!
Anonymous
Really good data connection wherever I am; call providers are friendly and ready to help whenever I have any queries/problems, however the wait to get to them can take a pretty long
Anonymous
I have been given a good deal compared to other phone networks which I am happy with unlimited credit. However the network connection of three is not good and needs to be fixed.
Anonymous
Good cost Always reliable Good customer service Wuntu is a good perk with good deals on them especially with food
Anonymous
The network is very easy to use, I have a client for more than three years. I am occasionally very delighted to see messages suggesting i have received free internet data. It is very convenient to top up the sim
Anonymous
If you have any problems they have an app that you can use that has a live chat feature, they answer immediately and answer any questions that you have; when I was changing from a different brand to Three they helped me greatly and made it simple unlike the other (unnamed) brand. Great connection in most places (bad connection time to time) and the mobile app is very simplistic and overall navigation is good, additional app (wuntu, only for Three users) is also good as it offers deals that you may want.
Anonymous
Brilliant service pretty much anywhere, also the only network I've found that do "all you can eat" data for a reasonable price! however, prices do tend to creep up within your contract every now and again.
Anonymous
I think Three give exceptional customer service, whilst also being very professional, extremely friendly and helpful. I am a very loyal customer, I have been with Three for nearly 10 years. I tell all my friends and family to go and speak to anyone from Three and get a good deal. I love my unlimited phone contract and have never had any issues with my phone.
Anonymous
Cheap sim-only deals that are very good value for money. Mine is £9 per month for 4GB and unlimited minutes and texts! They also have a good range of handsets that you can choose from. 4GB is the minimum they have as a contract. data is capped too, so no nasty shock bills.
Anonymous
The Wuntu app that members could join is amazing as the offers are often really good deals. However, the service itself is quite slow and is often used up a lot quicker especially in places outside Bath (the place where I am studying in).
Anonymous
Always get good signal and internet, don't get bombarded with texts phone calls or emails from 3 unlike other providers I have been with
Anonymous
Personally the three moblie network is not up to standard , especially in terms of getting a reasonable signal anywhere not to mention the low quality signal strength. However I appreciate the affordability of the sim only tariffs which have (I admit) been easy to pay monthly .
Anonymous
Coverage is good majority of the time, access to 4G needs to be improved in the Reading area. But on the whole good coverage for a good price
Anonymous
The customer service is quite good. They try a much as possible to help their customers as best as they can.
Anonymous
Patchy signal in the highlands, but overall acceptable network. Preferable to other budget "piggybacking" networks, but still a little expensive for the service you receive. The perks app feels gimmicky too. Of my 3 years with them, I've never claimed anything. Roaming works okay, but international coverage is patchy in some places you wouldn't expect; e.g. Boston, or the whole state of Maine.
Anonymous
I recommend Three to everyone I know - the value is incredible considering how low the prices are for unlimited data and hotspot in addition to international roaming in a myriad of countries. The coverage is probably not the best out of all providers, but the data still works well in most places. For instance, I cancelled my broadband as the data and hotspot alone were good enough to use instead - even for streaming series and movies.

My contract gives me 4GB data, unlimited minutes, unlimited texts every month. I am a fairly active phone user, using it daily to get from place to place or look up occasional facts, and browse facebook; otherwise, I tend to be conservative with my data and keep data off whenever possible (total use roughly 1 hour/day). I generally don't use data for looking at videos/youtube etc. I always have plenty of data left behind (3 weeks into this month and have only used 0.5GB data). Unlimited texts really is a benefit for me as people don't always see messenger straight away and this is a reliable method of communication for me. There's free roaming within the EU which is also a great benefit as we holiday to european destinations fairly frequently and this allows us to look at maps, events and continue normal browsing (facebook etc) without a worry. In terms of coverage, I often don't get coverage in a few indoor areas or in areas where others on e.g. virgin mobile seem to get coverage (my indoor time is largely hospital and hospital accommodation, but in other indoors areas it's generally ok), so coverage only gets 3 stars. Outdoors, however, coverage is usually at least 2 bars which is fine for my needs. Connection during calls are again sometimes difficult (fuzzy voices) and I have to walk around or open a window to try and improve the connection; these are only for occasional calls and I suppose is related to the coverage issues (not very good in hospital areas). There's a wide range of contracts explained clearly on their website and I was able to select the option that best suited my needs at a reasonable price.

Overall a good network provider. Had some difficulty changing my contract from my mothers details (when I wasn't under 18) to my details but other than this I haven't had a problem with them
Anonymous
Got a massive discount with them recently after my phone was stolen. They discounted the fee to get out my previous contract and a huge discount on a new contract iPhone XR 64gb £42 30gb data unlimited texts and minutes. Also no data I used steaming Netflix is taken out of the 30gb and feel at home add on.
Anonymous
Never had any problems with topping up, service or customer support. Simply great! Would recommend to a friend.
Anonymous
Coverage is great. Perks are great. Customer service in store was fab. The benefits of the plan are fantastic. So much data. The use abroad is amazing. So many countries. Would totally recommend to everyone.
Anonymous
This company is amazing, signal is great. Great price, and the Wuntu rewards are great! Such as getting a free coffee at Greg's, or even a free cupcake at patisserie Valerie
Anonymous
I like this plan as it offers unlimited internet as well as 300 minute calls and unlimited text all for less than £15 per month.
Anonymous
Very good customer service every time I have had to get in contact with Three, can sometimes take a while to get through to someone though. The quality of coverage is mostly good, I almost always have 4G and signal in the UK. I often go hiking in the lake district, scotland, etc and even there the signal has mostly been good. The international plan (international calls, texts, roaming does not cost extra) is why I chose Three as my provider, as I am abroad a fair bit. The data coverage abroad isnt great though..
Anonymous
I have been with Three for roughly seven years now and am generally impressed with their service. I am on a good value tariff, with ample calls, data and texts. The staff in store are generally vary helpful and friendly. The free 3 to 3 minutes are very useful for me as my mother, father, brother, uncle and a few friends are with 3 as well, and the removal of international roaming charges for a variety of countries is extremely helpful. In terms of further perks however the wuntu service, although occasionally having good deals is far inferior to any of the benefits offered by other providers such as vodafone, O2 or EE from my experience.
Anonymous
As a student I value the discounted cost I got for my SIM plan, with enough data. Switching my old number over to the new SIM was easy too. Coverage is normally fine with 4G common, although some rural areas seem to lack 3 coverage where other providers are. Wuntu is a nice addition too.
Anonymous
Good 4g in most places Roaming off in Europe WUNTU offers some really good discounts from time to time
Anonymous
Customer service has always been helpful I enjoy the global coverage when I travel The plan provides a good amount of data
Anonymous
I like their rewards system on wuntu. Its got good phone coverage and is worth the money i dont know about roaming abroad as i dont use it much.
Anonymous
Signal is great, customer service always good and get a lot of data for the prices - can't go wrong!
Anonymous
Three is a great provider. Starting with amazing customer service and ending with very good internet connection (data). I'm very pleased with Three and I can't see myself changing it in the future.
Anonymous
coverage is not the best, but general cost performance and customer service has been super. at £17 a month i receive unlimited data, 100 mins of call and unlimited text, all can be used abroad at no extra cost. uncomparable to other plans. i had to order a new sim and they seem to have some problems processing it, i contacted three and they were able to sort it out for me very quickly and hassle free. i am yet to try their rewards app wuntu as my last phone was not compatible with it, but from my friends i have only heard good things and im hopeful to try it on my new phone
Anonymous
Been on three for years, good deals, Coverage seems to be good most ofothe time. Lots of lots of extras included for the price you pay for a contract. Wish they'd role out feel at home in even more countries.
Anonymous
Good coverage. Many destinations to use abroad at no extra cost! These include popular destinations such as USA, Netherlands, Germany, Spain etc! It's amazing to see how much you save with this!
Anonymous
Customer service is pretty good, however you need to phone up to put a cap on services so you don't go over allocated limits, which resulted in me being charged and extra £60 on top of my £23 monthly payment for which i get unlimited data, texts and a good amount of minutes.
Anonymous
Decent coverage, even in a lot of places where my friends who use other networks don't get coverage. Mobile data could be faster though. Also, they need to add more countries where I can use my data allowance.
Anonymous
Being with three is great, they provide good costumer service and great deals on phone contracts for monthly payments. However, the only bad thing is my 4G doesn't always work when wanted.
Anonymous
The monthly contract is good value for money as Three provide strong network coverage. The customer service is great but the deals for international use should be better.
Anonymous
Three is a very good provider my family has been with them for years. They treat they're loyal customers quite well and have given us offers due to the length of time we have been there I don't think I will be changing providers anytime soon
Anonymous
Good plan, had a portable broadband device that could use in different european countries too. For £17 a month!! Just bear in mind that to cancel the contract you need to ring them and they will charge you 30 more days of the plan from your cancellation date.
Anonymous
Been with three for 7 years and they have been a pleasure to be with. Had some issues but they have been sorted immediately. I love how they have a scheme in place for when you go abroad to certain countries you can use your own data, texts and calls. It's decent money aswell they don't over charge you each month and let you know if there is going to be a change with the price due to tax.
Anonymous
Would be 5 but need to buy an add-ons for over seas and to use my phone as a hotspot. Customer service is good but it takes a while to get talking to a human
Anonymous
Coverage is of great quality especially when it comes to WiFi and whenever I have any troubles and need to call customer service they are always very helpful
Anonymous
Wuntu is great for free stuff from coffee to cinema tickets, great for discounts and telling you what's on offer. Three customer service is good and is easy to talk to an actual person and not a robot
Anonymous
I've been a three customer for a number of years, have only had a few places where I couldn't receive signal. Generally, the phone network provides good service and usually able to make a call from wherever I am. The Wuntu app is also a nice addition, giving helpful deals daily as well as the three-in-touch app which allows me to make calls when I don't have signal through wifi.
Anonymous
Very good internet coverage. Never had an issue with no internet. 4g is very fast. Customer service on point. I also use the wuntu perks regularly which give you good savings. The three app is also very easy to use.
Anonymous
Whenever I have problems with 3, I go into the store and they sort it out really quickly. Generally I find the idea of having to go to a phone store to change contract/sort out an issue very tedious and long-winded but with 3, I find that they are able to make this quite painless. Where I live the coverage is good enough for me, the customer service is ok, the perks such as wuntu are Ideal and I really enjoy the little game on the 3 apps. Wuntu haven't offered dominos in a while and that was my favourite offer so I hope that comes back but I also like the Rakutentv offer. Excellent international roaming in feel at home destinations but when not in those places such as Jordan it can be extremely expensive.
Anonymous
Contracts and sim only offers are better than some comapies, such as 100gb for £20, and unlimited for £27. Packages available are good and affordable, and go binge is a life saver to stream apps and shows on. Coverage could be better. In whole the service of the network is as should be.
Anonymous
Customer service is always excellent, whenever I have had any issues that have needed resolving. Coverage is good within the UK and the Feel At Home scheme is a fantastic extra perk.
Anonymous
All in all being with Three has been great. I get unlimited texts and calls as well as 8GB of data for under £20 per month. The network coverage is good and the customer service is great, they even have an app where you can keep up to date with your allowance and see up coming and past bills. I even get some perks for being a customer at Three such as the WUNTU app where you can get daily deals and discounts which is great, especially when you are a student as you will be trying to save at every possible chance, trust me.
Anonymous
Great customer service when signing up. Don't push iphones and listen to customers! However the marketing calls are quite frustrating at times.
Anonymous
After being with three for just over a year,I honestly cannot fault three as a network provider. Customers are always informed when the network could be down and there customer service is second to none. When I have contacted three for help, they have always helped me with the issue I have and work with me to ensure I get the end result I want.
Anonymous
Price go up almost each year but it's worth the price as you could go roaming internationally without paying extra fee. One point to note is the signal, sometimes it's just difficult to get signals in some places and its weak.
Anonymous
The coverage is good, and love that I can use it in so many different countries without any problems or extra charges. Service can be slow at times. Also, the reward system Wuntu is good, but the good offers are quite rare and need to be improved.
Anonymous
Three overall are quite a great phone network provider. Definetly student budget friendly. *hint hint, mention you're a student there's a discount* Their sim only plans offer quite a large amount of data for quite a low cost for example £10 for 4GB unlined everything else. Not to also forget that you also get free usage of apps like Netflix, Snapchat and Soundcloud, which is amazing. Coverage could be better but most of the time is decent.
Anonymous
I love the daily/weekly perks programme, and for the amount of money I pay a month (less than twenty pound) I get adequate credit and internet; miles of texts. I usually get very solid signal no matter where I am and have used my phone abroad with absolutely no issue.
Anonymous
They offer great deals that can be changed and altered without starting a new contract which is massively helpful. There coverage is excellent I am also within a signal range and their data coverage is brilliant.
Anonymous
It's a really good provider, they look after their customers and are generally very helpful. The coverage has been pretty good the few years I've been there but since I've moved it's been pretty hit and miss but that could be due to the area
Anonymous
I love my contract, I have unlimited data so allows me to never worry about data and use it wherever I go! Even abroad
Anonymous
I have been using Three for almost six years now and have not experienced any problems with the service throughout that time. There has never been a problem with the service provide or any data issues. I haven't had to call to enquire about any issues as all the information they put online are sufficient for my queries. They also offer free roaming when travelling to other countries provided it is within an acceptable range. The prices for their monthly contract plan is also very reasonable as they offer various plans to choose from which can cater to your needs.
Anonymous
I cannot fault the in person help I have received but the customer service team in India are worse than useless. It took me almost 6 weeks to get my number moved from a pay as you go SIM to my contract SIM. My internet is sometimes patchy in places it shouldn't be, like in the city and other times the three app does not work.
Anonymous
Good customer service, able to use services abroad for no extra cost, Internet works well in most areas (is fast), three member of staff is always available to talk to on the phone or in store if I have any issues at all
Anonymous
Very good network, easy to get in touch with any issues and warnings monthly about reaching data limits. The perks are also very good using 'Wuntu'.
Anonymous
Easy app to check data usage, cheap plan for what I need especially the high amount of internet I get, offers an extra app to claim special rewards like meal discounts or free coffee and good coverage for signal and internet usage.
Anonymous
Great service, signal almost everywhere, however there are some areas where there is no signal at all. When you subscribe to a plan you get access to their Wuntu app which is great, you can get free coffees almost every week. Good restaurant offers and much more.
Anonymous
Really good provider, customer services are always helpful. Unbeatable value (£17.50 a month for unlimited internet, unlimited messages). Coverage is great & the fact that I can use my allowance in America free of charge is fantastic.
Anonymous
Overall I am happy with the provider but however I don't always get the best reception when I am at home
Anonymous
Provide good service, pretty much always have a good signal and perks are good on the Wuntu app. Don't offer much in the way of deals/ promotions such as early upgrades or perks for loyal members.
Anonymous
Good price for what I get on the deal. Easy to get in touch with people if there is a problem or if I have any questions that need answering. I would say that it they offer sim-only deals that have a good value for money
Anonymous
Three mobile services good, they have good coverage, they also have excellent customer service and their website is user friendly and convenient.
Anonymous
Generally three is really good, my 3G has been getting worse recently which worries me but hopefully there is a good explanation, I really like the roaming as I travel a lot and the fact they do the US is a big selling point for me and they give you plenty of data, I don't feel restricted. My data also doesn't work around any trains which is why I took off the star
Anonymous
Great provider!! Best suited for those who loves to travel as you will be able to use it like "feel at home" meaning the way you're using it here in UK is the same way you can use it abroad!
Anonymous
I have been with three for many years they have good service and a reasonable amount of minuets, texts and calls at a reasonable price
Anonymous
Good signal in various places however 3G can be quite slow sometimes so this could do with being improved. Fast text services and Three team in store were nice when I visited the shop.
Anonymous
customer service is really good. they make sure they get the best plans for you., depending on how much you use your data, mins etc. Three is quite an affordable network when you'bve been with them for a long time ( 3+ years). One of the best things about three is their Go Roam, option which was intoduced quite a while ago. this means I don't have to think about buying phone credit in certain countries. saving me money. theor coverage is quite goodas well. I always get signal in places as I have 4g and it works perfectly.
Anonymous
Always have a great 4g signal even though I live in the middle of nowhere. Wuntu app is amazing! Especially when Costa coffee is on!
Anonymous
Fantastic mobile phone provider, I have been with this phone provider for five months and they have been nothing but helpful and friendly. I was previously with vodaphone who constantly took more money than the agreed monthly plan. The contract plan with three is the best I have seen compared to other phone networks.
Anonymous
I have to admit Three is probably one of the best providers, especially for students, taking into account all the perks it offers (discounts on food and shopping, vouchers for movies...) On the other hand the quality of the coverage is not always good and I often find myself losing signal for no apparent reason just to get it back a few minutes later. Therefore the three stars.
Anonymous
Fantastic provider with so many benefits and extra free data such as on Netflix, snapchat and many more. Absolutely love it.
Anonymous
I have received excellent customer service whilst with Three. The 12 month sim only contract I purchased was a fantastic deal, and although I did not realise you could obtain student discount, as soon as I realised Three were happy to add this to my account, and credit me the difference for previous months. I cannot fault the exceptional customer service I have recieved from Three and the fantastic value for money contracts they have on offer- miles better than my previous provider who I was with for 10+ years.
Anonymous
I have been a customer with Three for many many years. Whenever I have had to contact them for any reason, all staff members have been really friendly and helpful. The coverage is always really great regardless of where I am in the country. One of the best things about Three is the ability to use my phone abroad for no extra cost. This an be close to home or even as far as the USA.
Anonymous
Never have issues with signal strenght from at home, but whilst living in the city manchester I barely have a full signal which I do not understand. I recommend using this network in the country side or anywhwre thats not in the middle of a big city.
Anonymous
Signal has vastly improved over the past 12 months meaning where 3 were cheap but limited, now it is cheap but much more reliable L.
Anonymous
Three is by far the best mobile provider EVER. Even if I experience some hiccups with my contract / payments, it never takes more than one phone call to solve everything and it is always done professionally and quick. The customer service reps are always unbelievably kind and are going above and beyond to help you with any query. Not even mentioning their perks like Feel At Home which I cannot imagine travelling without. Absolutely stellar company. I will never switch to a different provider.
Anonymous
Good customer service so far. I got a really good deal when I called them up. They have wantu which gets you a variety of deals. The signal service isn't the best, I know people that have had better reception than me but hasn't been too much of an issue for me so far.
Anonymous
Three is simply the best phone service provider in the UK. Their mobile data plans are amazing value for money and their customer service is top notch. I'm sure I'll be a customer for years to come.
Anonymous
The customer service so far has been good and I have no complaints. The coverage is acceptable but could be improved, i often lose signal when visiting new towns and cities etc. The Wuntu app has come through and I really appreciate that Three has taken its time to try and treat its customers, I have definitely taken advantage of deals with Dominos, Greggs, Patisserie Valerie and Hotel Chocolat.
Anonymous
Never any reception and there are not any incentives to stay. Really bad service and the price I am paying for it is expensive too. I cannot use my phone abroad because the price is ridiculous and have to use a local sim.
Anonymous
Value for money in terms of gb, phone calls and text is decent but i struggle to get 4g service in a lot of places which is annoying
Anonymous
Simple and easy and lovely. Always answer and solve any problems quickly and deffo worth the money. Mine includes unlitmied data and even insurance which is always so simple and easy. I even got a replacement sent within a few days.
Anonymous
Three is so much better than EE. I feel like Three caters to students better than other networks. I especially like the fact that there's a cap when allowances are finished.
Anonymous
The quality of the coverage I get is quite poor around g20 area of Glasgow and that's where I live sadly. My phone is definitely value for money and it compensates me for the bad data connection I get
Anonymous
Near excellent customer service with almost instant replies. Signal in some areas can be poor but when you find the right place it is very good. Comes with access to many great rewards such as free coffee and pizza.
Anonymous
The customer service I receive everytime I call is incredibly, not only does the caller check and usually solve all my queries/issues but they are kind and welcoming. The coverage I recieve is perfect and I enjoy all the helpful tips the advisers give me. I overall pay £47 and am very happy with minutes/data I receive, it's really worth it!
Anonymous
Good value for money! Good coverage. Fast 4G. I get Wuntu offers every week, which is nice! I just got a free chocolate bar yesterday!! Might be more worth while in London or larger cities than in smaller ones, because some of the offers are specifically for things like station stores of Whsmith which I imagine is a bit awkward, but I'm happy with it
Anonymous
Good prices and deals however unclear terms and conditions and have sometimes been charged for thimgs i didnt know i would get charged for.
Anonymous
Brilliant customer service, easy to contact and I've always got signal even in tunnels and elevators absolutely brilliant. The contracts are cheap but amazing value. The offers on Wuntu are amazing and there is a huge selection, Three really cover to the needs and wants off their customers.
Anonymous
First of all, there was an instance where I was overcharged once due to data-roaming issues which was sorted out after multiple calls and online chat with the customer service. The customer service is outsourced but they handled the problem really promptly and to my satisfaction in which they not only waived off the over-charge but also credited about hundred quids into my account. Not sure is it a London or my iPhone problem but the data connection is mostly quite poor which I have to often restart my phone to get data signals. However, it is noted that the data connection abroad is often better than that in London itself. Used to be a fan of wuntu app (Three rewards app) but lately been too busy to redeem anything.
Anonymous
Three mobile is an excellent provider, with a range of amazing perks which allow you to get the most for your money. You can roam for free in over 50 countries worldwide, use Snapchat without using your monthly data and call other Three numbers for free. I have been them for nearly 8 years and would HIGHLY recommend!
Anonymous
Customer service is very good but the service is very choppy and the mobile data does not always work even if I have full service. The app is very good to track data and minutes however it is very difficult to buy extra addons without Almost buying a new contract. But for the price I am paying the contract is amazing.
Anonymous
Threes deals and packages are something I can happily vouch for as I have been a loyal customer to Three for quite some time. They include great offers for affordable prices. However, the only problem is the 3g service itself being rather slow.
Anonymous
The Three contract I'm currently on is quite average for the price ... it includes unlimited data, texts, international roaming in some countries, and 200 minutes of voice a month for around £30 (if I recall correctly). The coverage is spotty, much like other phone networks, though. I can't tell the difference of what 4G is supposed to be. I have previously complained about poor connection in specific regional areas, but very little could be done. The Wuntu app offers some good deals every now and then for Three customers exclusively.
Anonymous
Generally I have good coverage but it can be quite slow at times .. Wuntu is one perk but generally the offers on the app are a little rubbish! However I can roam in over 70 countries and signal has been pretty impressive abroad
Anonymous
Love being with Three ¸ The discounts they have are really good! I have no complaints with them which is great. In my opinion I feel that it is at a reasonable price when you pay monthly
Anonymous
I have been with three for like forever! 5+ years now. Great network, afford deals and good customer service, I have never had any issues with Three so definitely recommend it.
Anonymous
I recently upgraded my package and phone with three following years of continual service with them. I got an iPhone XR with unlimited everything plus a pair of Beats headphones for £58 a month. Only an £8 increase from my old contract. Cracking deal and always happy to help with any issues that came about any time of night or day. Signal is very reliable too!
Anonymous
Dreadful experience with 3 customer service. Only used a simple card for 9 days on holiday in October 2018 then cancelled the contract. Now in a complaint process with the company who keep sending bills. I cancelled the contract and paid my final payment by debit card 11 December 2018. I received another bill January 2019 and when I rang customer service they refused to accept that I had closed the account saying I still owed money. I had a terrible row on the phone and the whole process is very upsetting. No one noted my cancellation on my account when I paid by debit card. I am now having to go to the ombudsman and am worried this dispute will affect my credit record . Do not trust or use this company to 'save' whilst travelling. This will have cost me more financially and in time, effort and peace of mind than staying with Tesco. I deeply regret my decision to yes 3 and will not be trusting them with my custom again. When travelling in the USA I constantly use my phone for texting, photographs, phoning home to the UK and using google and my apps for various things. Without the roaming facilities I have with my 3 contract, I would not have the freedom to do this and save a terrific amount of money! Over the moon!
Anonymous
I have a really good contract with Three, but they have caused me major problems recently. They keep cutting off my service, saying I haven't paid my bill when I have, only to take 24 hours to restore the service for this to happen again the next month.
Anonymous
Been with 3 now for several years must say I'm well pleased with them and are finance friendly for me. And have unlimited internet and have this app called Wuntu which gives great discounts for activities like cinema tickets and dominos.
Anonymous
Amazing customer service, amazing 4G coverage and huge allowance for very cheap. The perks given by Three's app 'Wuntu' are also greatly appreciated. I often get discounts on food and free coffees.
Anonymous
Has great perks such as WunTu which gives weekly offers and vouchers. MoreverM is priced very competitively. However poor signal coverage. I often can't find signal in many places where other people have close to full signal.
Anonymous
Great value for money and solid customer support. Coverage is dependable and I get decent speeds pretty much everywhere. The feel at home and other perks are genuinely useful and have saved a lot of money in my experience.
Anonymous
I have had a Three contract all of my phone owning life and I can honestly say I wouldn't swap to another provider, they have some wonderful packages and perks but the one downside is that it's quite expensive, as a student, it would be nice if they did discounted contracts for those who are students or working for the NHS.
Anonymous
Excellent service, never had an issue with topping up and very happy with the data usage rate for my pay-as-you-go. Recently went abroad to another European country and was pleased with the ease of data roaming.
Anonymous
The customer service from three is superb. You don't have to wait ages on the phone, and they are very accommodating and will give you special deals if you've been a customer for a long time. I even got a deal on my contract due to referring family members. They look after their customers. However, their coverage isn't the best. I find t quite hard to get 3G in certain areas of London, however I like the fact you get a lot of data for a small price. For 16g of data a month; and 200 texts and calls, it's £15 a month
Anonymous
I have been with the 3 network for 4 years now and have never been disappointed with the services. The value for money is good, I pay £20 a month for unlimited text and mins with 12GB of data. As a student who is always on there phone this plan is perfect for me. I suggest it to everyone. I am able to use my phone in many countries using the same data plan and call and receive texts. Without any charges which is perfect when needing to Snapchat all those holiday pics. They have an offer app for discounts on foods and drinks however these are limited and not as often. The coverage is good and I am able to get service pretty much everywhere. Would recommend.
Anonymous
Really good customer service. Everyone is really friendly and helpful and gave me the best plan for me. Good quality coverage as well as mobile data strength.
Anonymous
Very cheap, unlimited data, minutes and text. good connectivity and global roaming at no extra costs. Wuntu app is good for discount
Anonymous
You get a lot for what you pay if you or your family are long time customers. One of the few remaining networks to offer unlimited data and that is very much taken advantage of.

Genuinely one of the best phone companies out there. Always available to help 24/7 with loads of fun and new rewards and comps on the Wuntu app. Great service and coverage. Will continue to stay with these guys for as long as I have a phone.
Anonymous
Good coverage and good price so it's very affordable for students especially for personal hotspot internet data
Anonymous
I have been using Three for almost 4 years now. To be honest, the signal service is not very good, but I just couldn't get bored it change the company. Overall not very happy with Three actually.
Anonymous
Customer service is great, the coverage is pretty good across Europe, not always the fastest but usually a signal, however slow
Anonymous
Good signal around London, and good 4g coverage that is able to be used as my main source of WiFi using hotspot. Very happy. Great customer service and deals as well.
Anonymous
Signal is generally great. Really happy with their customer service. Wuntu app is a great added bonus, especially good for student savings!
Anonymous
The price should be cheaper I feel, compared to the deals my friends have. Would prefer being shown a list of handsets and deals which fulfil my needs such as unlimited data, good battery life etc
Anonymous
The signal at home is really bad and has been for the past year, called to get it sorted but no progress
Anonymous
Great customer service. I had a problem which was sorted very quickly and I was very happy with the outcome and discount provided. Amazing
Anonymous
Three is a fantastic provider. There is good signal and service almost everywhere that I go and the customer support is the best of any phone network that I have experienced. I'm on a monthly contract for an iPhone and I find that it is perfect. The roam abroad feature is also super useful when you are travelling and I used it abundantly over the past summer.
Anonymous
Great service and offers. Always readily available when requiring help or any assistance. Coverage is good and the 3G/4G is up to speed!
Anonymous
Brilliant phone provider probably one of the best I've been with! Especially with go binge which lets me stream music whenever I've got regular data allowance left!
Anonymous
Customer Care is great, they are always on hand to help and find a best fit plan. The Wuntu app also has great little offers and freebies occasionally on there. The feel at home for roaming abroad is great you don't have to contact Three is just works automatically with no extra costs!
Anonymous
Three is a lovely provider to be on, they keep regular contact with me and keep me aware of any deals going on
Anonymous
Great customer service, the perk of "Wuntu" is great, and I often use this for freebies, discounts and competitions. I find the signal is usually good, and the "feel at home" package is great.
Anonymous
Been with them for a long time, so get some good deals with my contract and the network coverage has been very good for me so far
Anonymous
I'm absolutely in love with this company and the services they offer. The network is great and I'm on a great plan. The team are always helpful when i phone in. The cost of the contract is also quite cheap for what i get.
Anonymous
Really good services such as Wuntu but I tend to lose signal a lot in buildings such as hospitals. They also offer international roaming which has been really useful for visiting the EU.
Anonymous
Mostly great coverage, apart from in my parents' rural village. The overseas plan is really handy for travelling, and is more extensive than the EU mobile data cap. The rewards app is genuinely useful with regular free coffee. I have been with 3 for four years and have never had a problem - the plan is great value.
Anonymous
I have used Three for 6 years and never had major issues, however the few times I've had to talk to customer service they have always been helpful. The international roaming promotion Three offers is very good, especially for customers like me who travel often and who don't want to spend more than their usual monthly cost. As per coverage, it hasn't been very good lately, there isn't much service around central areas in London and it's very inconvenient as it never used to happen before.
Anonymous
The customers service is good. The coverage, on the other hand, is not always the best everywhere. I have an unlimited plan for a reasonable price. The international roaming is good too
Anonymous
Once my monthly phone contract had expired, rang up to cancel the contract and move to a sim only package at GifGaf. After enquiring where I was moving to they offered me the same kind of deal but offered to double the texts, minutes and data of the GifGaf deal for the same price. This made it one of highest value deals for the price so I ended up staying with three under the new contract. The customer assistant was very helpful and kind and I've now switched onto the new contract without a problem. Never had any other problems with them in the 4 years I've been a custome even when in several countries in europe.
Anonymous
Three is an excellent mobile service provider. Their customer service is great, and are always ready to answer any question. They are always looking forward to giving you the best deal for your phone according to how you use it. I only pay £8 for unlimited texts and calls (three to three) 100 mins, over 1000 texts and 1gb roaming data. This suits me as I do not need that much phone data, I do not call much and I text very seldomly. A plan that suits me and is not pricey at all!!
Anonymous
Found that they don't offer perks as good as other providers do such as EE or O2 however the coverage has been good and even when there is little coverage, the wifi calling aspect has been helpful!
Anonymous
I recently upgraded my phone and the service in store was amazing. The price was reasonable. Had a few problems changing the sim over and talking to the customer services team, however the issue was finally resolved after long conversations with multiple people.
Anonymous
I've been with three for 2 years now I was originally going to leave after a year but they managed to make stay buy offering me a deal with more data but paying less. They have always answered an queries I've had however I do not get that great service in certain areas where I live.
Anonymous
Good because I get 4gb data a month for reasonable price. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to receive messages on the go! I have a fair amount of calls and text messages too. However I don't like that you have to verify you are over 18.
Anonymous
A good thing about Three is that they give us discounts,I especially enjoy the dominos £3 deal. Another thing good about Three is that their coverage when it comes to their 4G is excellent.
Anonymous
Always have friendly customer service whenever I have questions about anything and they explain things really well. International roaming is also very good and I've never had an issue with it when I used it. Perhaps not the best in terms of value for money, but I feel like this is at least partially made up other factors.
Anonymous
Great price - currently £10 for 8gb data + unlimited mins + unlimited texts Customer service not great, typically issues getting contracts changed / upgraded Good deals however.
Anonymous
Been with Three for years both on pay as you go and SIM only contracts, and I've never had an issue with their coverage. Value for money is fantastic too!
Anonymous
Fabulous customer service when I was overcharged for calls I didn't make. Great value for money pay monthly plans available with loads of great perks
Anonymous
Decent 3G coverage but what I love most is the free roaming in many countries that I get when I travel abroad!
Anonymous
After being with Three for a number of years, I have never really faced any issues with the company. My data and other allowances always work excellently, though I can find them to be slightly pricey. They also offer 'Wuntu' which gives Three users huge discounts across a number of stores, and sometimes even free gifts! This is a major perk of being with Three and an additional reason I choose to stay with them over any other mobile phone company.
Anonymous
When I went into three to get my SIM card that my mum could pay monthly they were very helpful in that they chose the right plan that would have enough data for me as I'm a student and don't have house WiFi, but still kept it at a cheap enough price! The customer service was great and I was only in there a short period of time I wasn't waiting around for ages.
Anonymous
Three has a great customer service, especially for long term customers. They are competitively priced and usually cheaper than their competitors and provide service without additional charges abroad. Have been with the company for serveral years now and have no reason to move. Only problem I would say is their signal isn't as good and sometimes I can have little or no bars in areas other providers are able to provide service.
Anonymous
The coverage for Three is great and the Go Binge element is an absolute lifesaver! All my experiences with customer service over the phone have been good. I feel like they willingly go out of their way to help you. Would 10/10 recommend.
Anonymous
The provider is exceptional. It is a fantastic plan which I can change or upgrade whenever I want. I thoroughly believe this is a brilliant network provider.
Anonymous
Great cost as only 15 pound per month for unlimited data and comes with great perks with Wuntu. Get signal pretty much everywhere and works perfectly abroad
Anonymous
Customer service was difficult to speak to someone about your issue as they didn't let me send my SIM card to the correct address and I couldn't contact them. Wuntu is a good free perks app and regularly saves me money.
Anonymous
Love Three! Very good price and excellent services. Very efficient in solving customer's problems! The best mobile network provider I ever had!
Anonymous
Overall I am very happy with my service at 3, the coverage is great I rarely find myself without signal. The mobile data signal is very often strong and fast which is great for me. The plans that were on offer were great, the plan that i currently use allows me to have sufficient data, texts, and minutes for the way that I use my phone which means that there are no complaints from me in that area. I rarely have an issue so I cannot rate the customer service however I have found that anytime that i have required to contact them, the reply was fast and the service was nice.
Anonymous
Great service in places where my friends who are under other providers have not had signal! GreAt price for a lot of data which is perfect for that I need it for! Great data abroad flexibilités and love the wuntu rewards app linked with 3
Anonymous
I use a pay as you go package since I don't the many phone calls and text messages, since I use the WiFi available in student accommodation and university. So this is the best payment option. I especially like three because I can also use the same sim at almost the same rates when I go home to Italy, because of the feel at home rates
Anonymous
I LOVE Three! It's the best network I've been on by far. Best value for money, best app to keep track of everything, and such good deals on the Wuntu app. Couldn't be happier with it.
Anonymous
Coverage used to be great but over the last year has deteriorated, get better coverage on 3G than 4G. disappointing considering I have been with them for almost 10 years now
Anonymous
I am very happy with my current phone provider and plan. I do not use a lot of data, so only require a small plan and am able to get it for very cheap through three. I have had no problems at all with my current phone provide either.
Anonymous
You get the wuntu app which gives discounts on restaurants or cinema tickets but lately there is nothing interesting. You get free underground wifi Not the best coverage.
Anonymous
Network signal where I live can vary on the day, but the price I pay for the plan I'm on is very good. They're also very easy to deal with in store. Offers through the Wuntu app can save money sometimes, but I'm usually unable to use them as I'm in Northern Ireland and the offers only apply in mainland UK which isn't too great. The countries covered in feel at home are great, saved me a lot of money on my travels.
Anonymous
They could improve the signal in some areas of london as sometimes there is no service and I can't call or use my data
Anonymous
Majority good signal in areas. Sometimes 4G can be slow but apart from that it's quite a good service provider!
Anonymous
In general three is a very good service provider. I was disappointed I got charged a lot of money while I was in the U.S. trying to call customer service.
Anonymous
This network gives me unlimited internet and is so reliable - and WUNTU has been a life saver when I want a quick snack or deal!
Anonymous
Internet can be better to be honest. It's always slow and lags, specially in the night, it's hard to use some apps bc of how slow it is. Constantly freezes and when you ask them what's wrong with the internet they tell you it's fine??? And that your area has been checked, no faults have been found.
Anonymous
My sim only contract is really good, for the price I pay. I get discouts with being on three which is really good Only down side of three is lack of service in specific places!
Anonymous
Customer service teams are really friendly and helpful as i've had to contact them in regards to holiday tarriffs. The connection around the uk and in europe is phenominal
Anonymous
The network provides great service while giving awesome customer service. Three is also one of the most popular networks for international students because of their roaming plans.
Anonymous
I pay a lot for the service that I receive and my phone is always playing up. I get no signal in some places and it is soo annoying. When I call up to customer service I get no help
Anonymous
Cheap contracts with mainly good coverage. More remote areas in the UK do not have coverage. Customer service is not great and takes a long time to make any adjustments to the contract.
Anonymous
Was offered an iPhone X contract with AirPods and no upfront cost. Best deal ever. Also given perks such as flight upgrade on easyJet with outbound flights out of the UK
Anonymous
Three is a fantastic mobile network provider,I've used several other network providers and non are as flexible as three.I get 30 days FREE data for just £35! As a student this is very useful since i'm not always at home.
Anonymous
Really good service, extremely helpful if anything goes wrong, really good deals on high quality phones!
Anonymous
I get coverage in most places and customer service staff was friendly. I switched from pay as you go to pay monthly and it was an easy, hassle free transition
Anonymous
Generally good reception and good value for money. Service does as expected and meets expectations, no issues so far although reception can be a little weak in some more rural areas.
Anonymous
Service can be bad in countryside and slow in areas of high population e.g. central London. Good for roaming charges - although 3G could be faster abroad. Upgrade options are poor and should receive discount on new phone. Used to be a lot better when it was significantly cheaper than competitors but seems to have increased its prices recently.
Anonymous
Coverage is generally good and I find Three offers great value for money, particularly when travelling and using your phone abroad. However customer service isn't that great and they don't really reward loyal customers
Anonymous
Several problems with them over the years, but always quickly resolved and satisfactory compensation also given. Also can use for free abroad.
Anonymous
Customer service is great. The feel at home option allows us to use our data and minutes in many countries which is great if you're a traveller. I've only had issues with it once as it stopped working in Peru but the customer service team was quick to find an alternative solution for me. Coverage isn't great everywhere in the UK but good enough.
Anonymous
Customer service is excellent, any times I've had a problem they've sorted it fast and efficiently, I get free 4G included and at times it's faster then Wi-Fi and this provider is the only one to provide try unlimited data
Anonymous
Cheap contract, get a lot for your money. I love that I can use all my data texts and minutes abroad in a wide range of locations and I can use Soundcloud, Netflix etc without using up my data. I get unlimited texts and minutes and 12GB of data for £13 a month! I also love the Wuntu app, lots of perks and freebies... occasional free Greggs and Costa etc.
Anonymous
Feel at Home very very convenient and makes it easy to travel to many countries Coverage is good in London Wuntu deals aren't as good as they used to be
Anonymous
The reception is probably the worst in the whole east-central area of the city all the way up to north london (Harringay) and extending to east london, a rather big area. Worst of all is that not only the internet is poor but if you leave in most parts of these area you won't even be able to call from inside a building. Tryied to switch phone as suggested by the customer service but without success after months wasted calling and asking for a solution which they say they found. Morale of the story nothing as changed and I'm still paying for the contract since they refuse to let me off it without paying 50 quids. Stay away from it even if the prices are tempting unless you leave and spend most of your time in the west part of the city where magically you have 4G+ coverage.
Anonymous
Good service paying at a reasonable price. Poor coverage always getting halted, and won't work in certain parts of london. Sometimes connection in my own house can be impossible.
Anonymous
In my experience the service is good. Customer services have always been helpful and quick to give an answer to any queries or questions. I get a monthly bill emailed to me to keep track of usage which I can also see in an app. The network is reliable and very good for the price that I pay. The lack of roaming charges in countries outside Europe are also really useful. It would be better if they offered shorter contracts as it's a bit daunting being in a contract for 2 years but the price is very reasonable.
Anonymous
Been with Three for about 6 years, never had an issue with coverage except in the most remote of places (national parks/ abroad) so i really couldn't fault them, my plan is extremely affordable and Three customer service have always been very good whenever i've had an issue. Their wuntu perks app is also great and the hands free benefit on easyjet is always really useful. Overall i think three are the best provider in the UK.
Anonymous
Customer service with Three has always been good and they have always been eager to help. I get good coverage in both my uni city and at home in the countryside. I have never really had an issue with coverage. The cost of my contract is very reasonable for the phone I have. I honestly don't think I would have any reason to change providers.
Anonymous
The quality of coverage is good. Three network provides internet on the underground . The three app on iOS doesn't work sometimes. Customer service is not good, they fail to give satisfactory responses. All they do is escalate the issue and never reply back.
Anonymous
Great signal ranges, free abroad data usage. Ability to contact customer service fast when needed. Been with them for years, changed plans few times.
Anonymous
I've been with Three for 14 years, and have always had great network coverage. In places where many of my friends have little to no network coverage with their provider, I have always been fine with Three! The customer service is decent too, if a little rehearsed at times, particularly with regards to negotiating upgrades. The 3G coverage is very good, even in strabgs, desolate locations where you expect it not to work very well. My only complaint would be that Three used to be on the very edge of offering unique packages that offered fantastic value for money. Now it seems that they are much like the other companies in terms of cost and pricing, which is a shame.
Anonymous
Three is an excellent provider, staff is always super friendly and helpful. Would recommend this provider!
Anonymous
Always have signal and 4g where ever I am in Sheffield. Haven't gone anywhere else since having the new network, however, I am sure I will find the same service! £20 for unlimited everything is amazing!!!!!
Anonymous
Always great coverage no matter what area of the country I am in. Always updating me with deals and ways in which to update my contract for the better.
Anonymous
I had a problem with my signal,I called the Three and they discounted my monthly payment and gave me some free credit as a good will,it was literally the best customer service I've ever received
Anonymous
Generally good coverage for both service and internet, noticed a few spots in Leeds where signal and or 4G limited which is occasionally frustrating but overall good
Anonymous
I have been with theee for the past six years and genuinely I've never had any issues whatsoever. They have always let me know whether signal is down in the area, their app is the easiest one I've seen to use and the WUNTU app is also just as amazing!!
Anonymous
I love being with Three and have little to no problems on their network, regarding coverage. The Wuntu app is handy for getting discounts and freebies, especially for students! If I ever have any troubles with my phone then the staff in-store sort it with no problems and are always willing to help. My favourite perk of it is Go Binge, why wouldn't you love not using your data for social networking?! Would highly recommend as their price points are really reasonably priced and the network is great.
Anonymous
Fantastic customer service, always help me when I call. Decent coverage, works in most places (barring a few in London), and great deals with three.
Anonymous
Three is offering me unlimited minutes and unlimited text messages and twelve GB of internet. All this for only nine pounds a month. Also with the wuntu app I can get a lot of cheap food and drinks.
Anonymous
Great help from customer service when changing my monthly contract - was much easier than I expected and no hassle. The coverage is good in most areas of London. I am currently paying around £9 for 4GB data which I think is reasonable and competitive for a university student who wants affordable yet high quality contracts.
Anonymous
Absolutely incredible customer service, couldn't fault it. Coverage leaves something to be desired but unbeatable for the price I pay. Happy customer!
Anonymous
Three mobile has very good coverage, being able to use this abroad is excellent. I went to upgrade on the phone and they were very helpful with my upgrade and offered me a cheaper contact which was very beneficial.
Anonymous
The signal can be pretty bad at times and the connection completely goes off at times but we do get good perks like wuntu and lots of data which makes things a bit easier when I'm out and about
Anonymous
They are reliable and have great phone coverage pretty much wherever I go. 3 is great when travelling abroad as you can still contact home at no extra cost.
Anonymous
I would highly recommend Three as a Mobile Network due to positive experiences with customer services whenever I have engaged with them, highly reliable coverage, and a reasonable price for the contract for what is included. In my opinion the rewards service is not as good as O2 priority deals, but I have still benefitted from some including free drinks at Costa and discounts at Majestic Wine.
Anonymous
I am happy with the three network, the pay as you go rates are great and the Internet coverage is good too. I think they would benefit from having some cheaper monthly contracts.
Anonymous
Currently paying £16/month for 30gb data, unlimited calls and texts. Unbelievably good value especially when you factor in the feel at home package, which allows me to use this in the majority of countries I travel to.
Anonymous
The signal is pretty good but the data roaming is ok. However, they don't give you notice when your contract is about to end and ask if you would like to renew, it just continues. You have to give 30 days notice to cancel. They do have fairly good deals for contracts but could easily find better.
Anonymous
Excellent coverage and fast internet- a very reasonable pay monthly package and the Wuntu app was a really good additional bonus
Anonymous
The reception is horrible whenever I go indoor and the internet connect is quite slow. On the plus side, they provide really cheap data sim (both pay as you go and pay monthly).
Anonymous
Three have been fantastic for me during the 4/5 years I have been with the provider. The download speed on even just 1 bar or 4g/3g is incredible and much faster than all other providers. When the free data roaminh abroad first came out, this was a huge benefit and I still make use of it every time I go on holiday. The introduction of Wuntu has been great with many free competitions and special offers. Even when I have had few minor issues, the Three team have dealt with the issue immediately. Overall, I have no intention of changing provider due to my amazing experience with using Three.
Anonymous
Three has the best packages in terms of contracts, however it suffers sinks in connection in certain location, such as around Fulham Broadway in London. Overall it is a great provider.
Anonymous
Always have great service and just got the all you can eat binge watch deal. You can watch as many hours from streaming services as you like and they don't eat into your data.
Anonymous
My sim only deal cost £13pm with 12gb data and unlimited minutes and text. I've been with them for 6-7 years now and they've not let me down yet. Really easy and trust worthy providers.
Anonymous
Great price and allowance and wuntu offers only negative is signal at times which is ok in london but in the suburbs gets poorer
Anonymous
Sometimes I don't get 4g which is a bit annoying, especially abroad (for example in France and croatia).
Anonymous
I get go roam and go binge included on my contract, with 4gb and unlimited texts and calls - for £13. It's sick!! Coverage is decent
Anonymous
As a long time customer, i have never had a problem with three. They give the best deals and whenever there is a query are quick to resolve them. Staff are polite and understanding.
Anonymous
Customer service has always been great. Always have the most up to date phones and because I've been a customer for so long I always get deals on my monthly contracts.
Anonymous
Having been with three for over 4 years now, I can reassure anyone that my 12gb data plan with unlimited calls and texts is unrivaled by any competitor, the three app let's me know exactly how much I'm using and that I'm never receiving unnecessary bills. Three easily gets my recommendation.
Anonymous
Coverage is excellent. Cost of my plan is second to none. Have had no issues in the 10+ years I have been a customer of 3.
Anonymous
Service is mostly bad and the internet is not great either Quality is not worth the high price . They do good deals for phone contracts but the plans are not the best. Could do better.
Anonymous
Three do really good deals on new phones, with contracts with 30gb data, all-you-can-eat texts and calls for low prices. Three also provide Wuntu, where you can find great offers, prizes and competitions.
Anonymous
The customer service in stores is amazing. They always find the right deal for you and offer you add on and accessories that are perfect for your phone. However customer service over the phone is different and they are sometimes hard to understand and you don't always get the outcome you wanted.
Anonymous
Excellent service, great coverage. And gave me better deals when they popped up. I went to leave a few months back but they upgraded my plan to beat what I had found else where. And when I walked passed a shop I noticed an offer slightly better than mine so they upgraded straight away for me.
Anonymous
Website is easy to use to refill pay as you go. Texts to let you know when you're coming to the end of your data limit is helpful, but annoying at times because they are quite frequent. I have found that the coverage is similar to other providers my friends. Would recommend.
Anonymous
It is okay. Some places does not really have good coverage. I feel it is a little pricy as some other mobile networks offer free social media data usage, on top of the data plan. I have called once on the customer service hotline and they were quite efficient and friendly, as they were able to help me solve my issue right away. Have not really tried using international roaming yet but I assume it is fine as some of my friends have used it already. Overall, I have no bad comments but sure there are more improvements that can be done to assure the price is at a competitive rate with other mobile networks.
Anonymous
It has lots of great perks such as GoBinge where you can use certain things without using up data allowance (E.G Netflix, Snapchat). Coverage is great and works in most areas. Roaming is also useful for those who travel lots
Anonymous
I've been with Three for a number of years now, and their service is always brilliant, and they always have people on hand to help out!
Anonymous
the quality of the coverage that I get is quit poor however i believe it is reasonable for the price that i pay. I have the sim only monthly version. They try to trick you to buy expensive deals so stay alert.
Anonymous
Three are easily the best network out there! Great coverage and data allowance at great prices! I've been with three now for over five years and they always take care of their customers.
Anonymous
When offline so for example on the tube and then going online, it takes a long time for 3G to connect and start working again. A lot of times I have to turn it off and back on to find it again. Also where I live in Stratford there is barely ever good coverage, and same goes for tube stations that are over ground.
Anonymous
I have been with Three for 4 years now and have been very impressed with the service. Not only do they provide some of the cheapest sim only deals (which offer a good amount of data) but they have always been easy to deal with. Renewing my 12 month contract is extremely easy and do so over the phone - this way you get exclusive deals which aren't advertised online. The coverage is good and I very rarely have 'no service'.
Anonymous
This network is the best value for money as I've seen yet, with £10 getting me unlimited calls, texts and more than enough data. One key flaw is that the network availablilty isn't great as I don't get service in locations such as the library which can be quite inconvinent.
Anonymous
I have been a Three customer for many years now and I've never had a problem. The coverage has always been great apart from a few blind spots - but that's expected with any network. I'm also a huge fan of the 'feel at home' perk where I can use my phone as normal in countries abroad. The price of the plans are very affordable which is great for students on a tight budget!
Anonymous
I like how you are able to use your data abroad at no extra cost. Customer service is good too. I've never had an issue with them. Would continue to be a three customer.
Anonymous
Coverage is always excellent. Have great internet and signal everywhere I go without fail. Free roaming abroad is always a great perk
Anonymous
Customer service is good when required and the roaming abroad at no extra cost is great. However, connection is often poor in the centre of major cities.
Anonymous
Love the fact that I get access to the wunto app which gives me free monthly deals, from free coffee at places, free cake, discounts on my favourite restaurants and more. The app is really useful as a student and the perks are tailored to what I like. The coverage of Three is really good and the plan I'm on is cheap and affordable.
Anonymous
Great service and very affordable. I use WiFi at home so a £10 top up lasts for months and months. Coverage is great and if service is down they always inform you about what happen and when it is back up. Also their wuntu app gives you freebies or low cost treats every week.
Anonymous
Great service and love the unlimited Snapchat and Netflix without data usage. Need better service in the rural places though.
Anonymous
I have been with Three for years. I never struggle with having no signal and usually have full 4G everywhere I go. But the best benefit is Threes feel at home offer which allows you to use your allowance in a whole host of different country's and regions, as a frequent traveller this has saved me so much money!
Anonymous
Excellent. Great service. Easy to use app. Good deals. I would definitely recommend three mobile to friends.
Anonymous
I have only been with three network a couple months but I have found out that the 4 g is not that strong and the signal is often very low compared to the network which I previously had which was Vodafone but overall three is good as it offers unlimited data at a cheap price
Anonymous
I haven't had an issues with three after having a contract with them for the past 18 months. it was useful to be able to use my phone in australia at no extra cost. i'd say that the amount i pay is worth the amount i get. i have an iphone 7, 12gb of data and unlimited calls and texts with the ability to use my phone at no extra cost in countries like those in europe as well as outside, e.g. UAE and australia. however, i wish i was able to use this service in china and korea as it is cheaper than getting another sim abroad. coverage can be slow at times however...
Anonymous
best option if you travel, having your own data plan abroad is a life saver. Also cheap for huge amounts of data whilst at home. Would recommend to anybody, always been helpful when upgrading my phone, but best value is on the sim only plans. also lots of good extras to sweeten the deal .
Anonymous
My contract is quite expensive compared to what it should be as hotspot is also not allowed which I think is a bit stupid. But other than that, it's pretty good. Good coverage.
Anonymous
Excellent 3G and have never had any problems regarding loosing service and have all of the perks of the Wuntu app aswell!
Anonymous
Overall, Three is a very average service. Their customer service is well-meaning but ineffective at times. I've given them my account details in the past, just for them to turn around and tell me that the details are invalid (and apologise later). I've had them mess up details within my contract before, and block my account over misunderstandings. Of course, once the situation has been discussed, it is usually promptly resolved, but the fact that such issues existed in the first place is ridiculous. One time my phones SIM went dead, leaving me stranded in Birmingham. My train pass and bus pass and taxi app were all on my phone and required internet to work. This was because they sent me a new SIM without letting me know. Little things like this prove to be really annoying. The coverage has been average too. Too many times I have been in spaces where my phone has been in "no service" - but counterparts on other networks are finding no issue. The price for my contract was pretty decent, but it's a small consolation for all the issues I had with the network.
Anonymous
It's very good, a 3p per minute rating, is very nice and I think for someone that uses wifi from uni, the pay as you go is perfect. Toping up is really easy too. I wish there were better, cheaper add ons though. I think that would improve the service a lot more.
Anonymous
My contract is unlimited call, text and data which is good for me as I use a lot of data. However, sometimes the service in certain places is not the best.
Anonymous
Three very rarely goes down, connectivity is great and a major plus is the free roaming they offer in almost every country.
Anonymous
Got a good deal for 30 gb for £17 a month however the coverage of threes network is poor to say the least. If I could actually use my data it would be the perfect deal for me.
Anonymous
I was told about a contract at first and then once I had agreed it had changed and was then left with no idea but to join the contract for a different price and for a duration of 12 months. With it, I have no signal so no amount of data offered can help that. So for now, I'm counting down the days until I'm out of this contract.
Anonymous
The mobile app does not work at all so it's a hassle to top up every time. It used to be more convenient to top up with a phone call but if you want to change the debit card registered, it is not possible anymore. The internet connection is good almost everywhere. The network range is covered well in all parts of Liverpool.
Anonymous
Great customer service, always willing to help whenever there is an issue or I am looking for an upgrade
Anonymous
As an exchange student, I found this was a great oh as you go plan. It gave me plenty of data which meant I could stay in touch with family in Australia. The staff are always very helpful and give you plenty of information.
Anonymous
The service is always amazing, the deals are great. 3 comes with an app that gives you deals on retail shops, restaurants and online stores.
Anonymous
Good customer service, coverage isn't great. Feel at home is amazing, and have used it all over the world and saved a LOT of money.
Anonymous
Customer service is always prompt and helpful. The coverage is excellent leaving me with signal when others around me on a different network aren't experiencing it. Cost is below average but it depends on what phone and plan you're after. Provides app called Wuntu which offers discounts and freebies from lots of places. International roaming at no extra cost is a life saver!!
Anonymous
3 is a great network to use and the signal strength has always been superb no matter what part of the country I have visited. The flexibility and plans they offer is also really good. They dont take money from your account for nothing like I have experienced before using a different provider. The perks are also great, you get a choice of three or four options witht the WUNTU app which also gives you a really cheep dominos every monday!!
Anonymous
Been with Three since my first phone, back nearly 10 years ago. Been a fantastic service, always reliable internet connection and speed. And any issues have always been dealt with quickly and in a professional manner.
Anonymous
I believe I pay a reasonable sum of 10£ a month however the coverage is terrible sometimes, I don't really think there is any thing else bad about it as it is really good value for money however I don't see much perks offered to me
Anonymous
The customer service for three is always quick to respond, I like the stay at home option, because I travel a lot and I'm always covered without having to worry about extra money being charged to my account, and there's is a fair level of service coverage, and their three Wi-fi calling which is good
Anonymous
I did not originally think that three would have a a great quality of network coverage, so it was surprising to find that it was actually really good. I got my Sim Only contract for £18 a month and I get unlimited texts, unlimited calls and 30GB of data which is amazing for the price! It's literally what I needed and for a student the price is great!
Anonymous
The 3G network is slow and reception is very poor especially indoors. I'm glad it allows me to use the sim in Europe whilst travelling. I usually top up £10 every 1.5-2 months. Three has the Wuntwo app which gives three-users some perks but they aren't as good as vodaphones or virgin's. They're usually just a free drink at Gregg's etc.
Anonymous
coverage: not the best, compared to ee. but still ok Customer service: 3/5 cost value: 4/5 the time it takes for me to get to talk to someone can be very long. sometimes they say they will call you back but the dont. sometimes they overcharge me and if there is an issue occurring again and again they refuse to fix it
Anonymous
I have the deal of paying £16 a month for 30gb data and unlimited calls and texts. I believe this is a fantastic provider, and even if I don't always need or use the full 30gb, it is handy to know that I have it. Also, comparing that deal to other providers, some you only get 5gb data and have to pay £15 for that, so I believe even if I waste a fair few gb of data, I still get more for my money, compared to other providers. The only issue I have ever had with three, is when I was first setting it up, it took a few attempts to get the sim to work, and I had already started paying... The customer service was really nice though, and they gave me a refund of the days I could not use it. Also, I did not realise how to set up the international roaming that is available, but three has an amazing app, which you can send a message to someone, and they respond really soon and sort out your issue, so managed to unlock the free roaming. There are some places where I either get a weak or no signal, however that is bound to happen. It is very unlikely that some people will get signals in every part of the world.
Anonymous
Sim contract was cheap and suited my allowance needs. However, disappointing upgrade options and network perks.
Anonymous
The Three network overall has a great coverage of anywhere in the UK that I have happened to have needed it, Both Sim only and contract phones come at a great price with great perks for being a customer of the network.
Anonymous
I have been on three for quite a few years now and I definetly think it's one of the best networks to be on! I absolutely love it's go roam feature where you can use up to 19gb of data (depending how much data you have on your contract) in certain countries abroad, and they add new ones all the time! I currently am on a sim only contract, and a couple of weeks ago I upgraded to an amazing deal of unlimited minutes and texts and also 100gb! Of data for just £20pm! It definetly is the best network for phone addicts like me, it's known to be the best one for data and it's true! If you use your phone a lot while out and about definetly consider three!
Anonymous
It is an amazing value for money. Never had any problem with the network. However sometimes the customer services takes a very long time to connect to the customer service executives which is really time consuming. They should probably improve on that. Other than that I feel its really worth the money I pay. I would give a thumbs up for Three.
Anonymous
Brilliant value for money. Three wi-fi calling is an added bonus. Add-ons for data can be purchased also.
Anonymous
Three are a great provider especially for students. I only pay £11 pm for 30GB Ayce falls and texts and when I use applications such as snapchat soundcloud Netflix and others it doesn't use any of my data. I recommend them to everyone. Plus they have the best international roaming out of all the other providers.
Anonymous
Three is a company that ive been with for over 12 years, I use three to take advantage of their unlimited internet service. Although the coverage provided is average I manage to use 60gb of data a month.
Anonymous
Three is a very reliable provider and has been for several years now. The value for money is great as I only pay £20 a month but have unlimited calls and texts and 5 GB of data which is necessary for all of the social media scrolling that I do on my way into uni. If I ever have any issues the team on the phone are always very friendly and happy to help, often giving compensation for major issues which is a nice perk.
Anonymous
The ability to roam for free in all EU countries and many more on all continents is great. Three also has some of the fastest 4G speeds and is consistently reliable. Would definitely recommend!
Anonymous
So I'm from London, the capital of England and I have such poor signal, everywhere I go I have slow 4G internet speed. One good thing is the perks app called Wuntu where there are competitions to enter, discounts on things and every monday you get a free dominos pizza. I also won a holiday to Italy last summer through one of the competitions.
Anonymous
Prices are good, especially as I have all you can eat data at 17.5/per month. However what you get in price, you don't get in service, 4G drops constantly and many areas in which o2 or vodafone have signal you will have none. But overall due to the price I will stay with three for the foreseeable future.
Anonymous
Very good service. At the moment have 100gb for 20 pounds which is unbeatable with any other network. I don't think roaming is as good as Vodafone cos it's not 4g abroad but within the uk this network is probably the best for students etc
Anonymous
Love three. Always receive offers when I call and service has been great. Service could be better in north Devon with a lot of spots without service.
Anonymous
Never really have coverage issues, my friends on the bigger name networks sometimes are without coverage in places I get it. Customer services always helpful and quick to get through. Saved so much money with wuntu rewards app on food drink cinema etc. Also not paying much for my contract, good value. Also, I did a year abroad and used my phone freely at no extra cost
Anonymous
I have never had network connection or data problems with Three and the bill I pay each month is affordable and provides me with everything that i need per month. Being on three allows me to contact other three users for free, which saves me lots of money as all of my family and friends are with three too. Employees are always happy to help me in store and via email when i have queries
Anonymous
I think Three is an absolutely fantastic company, fastest 4G service in the United Kingdom by a country mile, best customer service experience and their app well that's a whole other thing, the app is so user friendly that someone who has just started using a smart phone and has no intelligence on it could breeze through the app like they're a genius, 100% would recommend to anyone who wants good service
Anonymous
I've been a customer at Three for over 4 years now and I have never been disappointed with their service. Their offers for monthly plans are reasonably priced with great perks for returning customers. Their customer service is always there to answer any queries and I never had any problem with any of my services.
Anonymous
the overal customer service is quite outstanding with no problems or concerns. however, from time to time the service may be in repair and in service so it may not be as responsive. This does not happen often though and occur rarely. The perks offered comes through an app called Wuntu which gives me many discounts and free snacks or small drinks on a daily. These offers are usually from Greggs or Hotel Chocolat. For £15 a month, i recieve 8gb of internet, unlimited text and 600 minutes which i still sometimes struggle to use. There is an plan which allows for free international roaming under the same prices as you pay in your home country.
Anonymous
Thanks to international data roaming, when I moved to France to do my Year Abroad, I decided not to change mu mobile number. Unfortunately, due to some miscommunication, I was left stranded in a flat with no WiFi and with no data as I used up my roaming allowance! I turned to Three, who offered me help straight away - I received £30 credit on my account within minutes, which allowed me to get through the rest of the month!
Anonymous
Always had generally good service with Three and they offer good discounts for being a loyal customer but I find their price plans can be very expensive at times. Customer service side is good but products can be found cheaper elsewhere.
Anonymous
Customer service is decent but wuntu is no longer a good incentive anymore. No more free dominos or anything worth buying.
Anonymous
Great mobile provider. Excellent deals and good internet speeds. Feel at home is also an excellent feature that I have used often (has saved me £100's). Wuntu is great for weekly deals and other perks but does not quite rival o2 rewards - yet
Anonymous
The cost of my contract is relatively low compared to other people I know, my phone is good quality and from my experience customer service has been great. I haven't had any problems so far and so cannot comment on the complaints procedure but they were very helpful with helping me set up my phone. I haven't noticed anywhere where I have not received coverage. My only concern is that I am unsure of how to set up data roaming but that's more due to my lack of technical skills rather than three and will be asking my boyfriend for advice on this before the next time I go away.
Anonymous
There is a great network, get lots of free perks via the Wuntu app as well as free roaming abroad and easy travel on easyJet.
Anonymous
Three has very good reception coverage across the country and are very quick to fix issues when they arise.
Anonymous
Customer service is good, and the cost of the plan is good for what you receive. You also get this app called Wontu where you get perks/deals
Anonymous
Great coverage and roaming. Amazing student deals £16 for 30gb and unlimited calls and texts. Student friendly and even better daily perks
Anonymous
Overall, excellent courage in 90% of areas with 4G, in addition to the deals on plans , there's a review after the plan ends and given a better deal and or plan to suit me. Look the 3 app and the Wuntu deals are an extra bonus.
Anonymous
Good value for money, can get everything you need for under £10 a month. Plus being able to use it all abroad is a bonus for travelling
Anonymous
I am quite pleased with me quality of coverage although sometimes I get charged for receiving messages from numbers I do not know or have saved but I do enjoy the perks of being with Three such as the wuntu app because I receive offers for cheap food and drinks.
Anonymous
Three is a great provider in terms of what it offers, amazing amount of data, minutes and texts. However, coverage is a bit sparsed and despite living in a very suburban area I often have to rely upon WiFi for calls and what not.
Anonymous
They have a great customer service and great deals which can be changed and improved through using the customer service.
Anonymous
Spoke to them over the phone and made my good deal amazing with unlimited data for an additional 3 pounds
Anonymous
Three provides pretty fast internet connection as well as additional opportunities such as discounts and vouchers via Wuntu app. However, sometimes I do face with connection issues when I am an indoor places (cafes, stores, pubs). It usually happens even in Central London but overall it is preferable in terms of the price and its extra benefits.
Anonymous
Been with Three for years, have the sim only pay as you go plan, £7.99 for 4GB, unlimited minutes and texts. Probably one of the best value plans I've see around. Network coverage not the best but won't really notice the difference.
Anonymous
Customer service good enough. Knocked £5 off a month as I have been a customer with them for 8 years. Plenty of high street branches if there's any issues. Coverage has been fine. (Unlike others) Can get a bit slow at peak times. Has a good perks app Wuntu which gives you free cinema tickets, coffee, pizza
Anonymous
Overall cost is fairly low relative to other aim providers. Coverage can at times be poor, even in towns/cities but it is enough for most locations, especially in London. Customer service is good too. Would recommend three.
Anonymous
Most of the customer service providers don't understand basic English so it's difficult to talk to them about issues. You get Wuntu which is a app for free perks and gifts which isn't bad. App sometimes crashes . Also, it's always the same offers every few weeks.
Anonymous
Amazing service provider, although there is no loyalty for customers who have been with the company years. New customers receive greater discounts. The wuntu app is really great with some great offers although after a while the benefits seem to dry out.
Anonymous
Every time I've ever been in the 3 store the staff have been great help, and I really can't complain about unlimited data for £17 a month, honestly unmatched anywhere else from what I've seen.
Anonymous
The provider 'Three' is overall not too bad however this consosts of both positives and negatives. Coverage can vary, especially when in rural areas compared to urban areas. The 'Three' Wuntu app also isn't too great as the deals and freebiesare limited.
Anonymous
Three sim only contracts are good value for money, only problem is when you're near an upgrade they ring you a lot to give you new deals. This is made up for though with the wuntu app, it's a rewards app for having three, well worth it!
Anonymous
Three had a great student plan - 30GB of data for £16 a month. The free data roaming in many countries is also a massive perk. I couldn't have asked for better in terms of cost. However it would be nice if they could offer a slightly higher price for a 4G plan as my data connection/coverage can sometimes be really bad in certain areas.
Anonymous
The cost of the contract is acceptable, however I have just moved onto a very good upgrade contract, 100gb a month with access to netflix, Snapchat and others without using this allowance for £20 a month. It's a great conteact. However when I cancelled a previous contract I had some troubles and it took a long time.
Anonymous
Three is absolutely amazing. They have great signal in my area (even in remote parts of London). I managed to bag a bargin deal on black Friday for unlimited data (my wi-fi in my flat is horrific), which means I can video call friends and family whenever I please in high quality! The Go Binge feature is also amazing ... I can watch Netflix on the train to work!
Anonymous
Customer service is always helpful and friendly and they are always happy to help you. The broadband coverage might not be 100% but it works for me, so no issues there. The SIM only deals are very good value for money, with the £9/month plan with 4GB and unlimited calls and texts, what more do you need!
Anonymous
great network with many benefits including feel at home and the weekly Wuntu treats. great that you can cap a contract. Ive always been able to speak with a customer service advisor if i had any issues or needed additional minutes.
Anonymous
Good signal in most places, best thing about three is its 'go roam' deal that lets you roam abroad in most countries at no extra cost! Excellent for students who like to travel, and has saved me £££'s. Three's customer service is manned by an international call centre however they do their best to help you in most cases, should you have a problem. The next best thing about three is 4G access at no extra cost, and the price of their sim only deals. For the cost of their deals and the service its hard to beat.
Anonymous
Pay as you go plan provided by Three cost 1p per 1Mb, 2p per message and 3p per min. Overall, it is a fairly decent plan given that I have free wifi at Uni and home and I don't really call. 10 pounds credit last 2 months for me (without using Spotify). The coverage is alright. I can receive signal most of the time. One thing I like a lot is the international roaming provided. In almost all European countries, you get the same price for data as in the UK. However, most part of Asia is not included. Customer service is not that impressive. Once there was a problem with the activation of the sim card and I could not call the customer service. I went to one of the branches but they asked me to call customer service with their phone instead of fixing it in person.
Anonymous
NO Dropouts since I switched from Vodafone. Customer service is spot on and often easiest resolved with the chat feature in the app. App is clear and easy to use, with added benefits from WUNTU which is handy. Great service and signal in all places indoors and outside. I have had no issues. Also, the GoBinge allowance for Netflix is brilliant as that kind of streaming eats up a lot of data usually. Keep the plans this cheap and I will be a lifelong customer. Roaming is automatic and you just keep using your plan as normal - no issues.
Anonymous
I'd always been in monthly phone and sim contracts until I saw how much more affordable it would be to simply buy my phone outright and get a sim only contract from Three. It's wicked. Plus, with the offers on Wuntu, I can treat myself while at uni to a free coffee or a cheap dinner out. I love it
Anonymous
Really good network, amazing app to track your spending and manage your contract. Coverage is always good and very rarely goes down, the price is also very good and often much cheaper than any competitors.
Anonymous
Love the feel at home, never have any problems and a good price. When my contract ended they upped my data allowance and made everything else unlimited, and it's only a years contract. However they don't try to price match other providers which is something I'm going to look into changing when my contract ends in February. Other than that I'm very happy, and would recommend them and their customer service. Also Wuntu is great!
Anonymous
Pricing is good however the network can be a bit inconsistent. If you travel a lot the feel at home service is nice too.
Anonymous
I have been with three for 2 years, there use abroad concept free at home is a good pro to this, the signal can sometimes be rubbish and 3g usage poor but overall three are good for the money.
Anonymous
The service and continued offered for both new and existing customers is great. They ask for feedback every time you use the customer services and offer friendly advice. The deals are good value and competitive. The signal can be problematic in some places, often with a reduced or low signal, however this issue is only in some places and a signal can usually be obtained from anywhere in the country. I would recommend three for their service and deals.
Anonymous
Brilliant price for unlimited texts and calls and 12GB of data - never run over my contract Perfect when going abroad as there are no roaming fess to so many countries
Anonymous
I have been with Three for over 10 years and they have been amazing! Great service and customer service is brilliant. Always helpful!
Anonymous
Really happy with my sim only plan. Have been to the USA a few times and I've been able to use the same sim the whole time with great coverage still. The wuntu app is also amazing and use quite a lot to get really good value meals out and lots of free things too. I shall be renewing my contract once it has ended in a few months.
Anonymous
Quality of service is varied and sketchy in some places. Wuntu is a great idea but it's hard to actually get the rewards.
Anonymous
Three offers reasonably priced 'all you can eat' data bundles. That's right, unlimited data. If you can afford it, you can get the best handsets in the land with unlimited internet access. Plus, even if you don't choose an all you can eat package, you'll be able to stream shows from Netflix, TVPlayer, Dave and History Channel, and songs from Deezer, Apple Music and SoundCloud infinitely without it counting towards your data allowance with the Go Binge feature. Plus, its Go Roam Around the World adds more than 20 worldwide countries to the usual European destinations that let you roam for free. Pay as you go rates are also pretty decent if you don't need as much data, minutes or texts. uSwitch awarded Three the Best Network for Roaming and the Most Popular Mobile Network in 2018.
Anonymous
Three is a good network, and because I was a customer for a long time they offered me a cheaper bundle which provides 4GB of internet and unlimited calling and texting to UK numbers. Sometimes there is quite poor network, but it will connect to wifi calling which is another benefit. The customer support are always on hand to help and give any advice.
Anonymous
Very solid service provider. They provide exceptional 3G coverage with 4G coverage in big cities too, although the latter is at slower speeds compared to other network providers. International roaming covers a vast number of countries, but data speed is poor given the lack of 4G coverage when roaming.
Anonymous
The service coverage can be a bit lacking occasionally, depending on your location and no matter how close you are to a telephone tower. They do not call you asking if you want upgrades or anything like O2 do, which is relaxing due to the lack of another spam call.
Anonymous
Three generally as a company is pretty good with customer service and what is on offer for customers (I particularly enjoy the data usage abroad although i know other service providers also offer this). Service and signal can be quite poor in certain areas whilst providers such as EE will still be working but if that doesn't bother you a huge amount then its good.
Anonymous
Poor connection most times, although cheap. you can get offers from wuntu like cinema, restaurants, national express.
Anonymous
The internet connection is really good and I have enough daily internet access. The overall phone service is good too and I have had less difficulties since converting from my pay as you go option
Anonymous
Brilliant bang for the buck. Love the network abilities and how I can use it in different countries around the worl without any additional charges to my contracts.
Anonymous
Great service in most places I go, very rarely without signal or internet (unless on country roads in the middle of nowhere!). Customer service is also great, they always help and have solutions to everything.
Anonymous
I've been with Three for over a year since switching from EE and I have had no regrets. I use pay as you go and their add ins mean I top up £20 a month and get unlimited calls, texts and 12GB of data which I never run out of even as I'm an avid user of multiple apps when I'm on the go.
Anonymous
Really happy with the service that three provide. I have a very good offer and pay a very good amount for the things I need. Overall, happy with the customer service and contract that I am on!
Anonymous
Three offers decent coverage, however this could be improved as signal is not always there and is sometimes temperamental. However the contract is a good deal at a reasonable price. They also have the wuntu app which provides great offers and deals every week which is definitely a benefit
Anonymous
Three generally has okay coverage, the coverage is good in some areas and not so good in others. The bad thing is that there isn't great coverage in Leicester which is where I'm at uni, I tend to rely on WiFi to talk to people because I never have good enough signal to call on mobile.
Anonymous
Been with them for years great coverage highly recommend and I've been with them all trust me. And they have wunto where you get free treats every Wednesday from food and drink to discount also competitions and other great bits of your looking for a change of network you won't go far wrong with three mobile
