iD Mobile Mobile Networks Reviews

Tend to have signal most places, can't see that there's much difference between iD and the bigger companies. Good deal with sim only. Have been with iD for 3 years now. Would recommend. Not aware of any extra perks except a good deal for a good price

Love that my data rolls over, been very informed the whole time I have been with them. However, i miss having Wi-Fi on the underground! Plan is very cheap for a lot.

Good customer service, easy to upgrade - however signal coverage is not great I've found compared to other people on other networks

Great value for money! I wasn't looking to upgrade my phone and very simply went for a sim only deal with iD and it's perfect for what I need!

Switching from my old SIM was extremely easy thanks to the customer service provided by iD. The coverage is good and the price of the contract is very cheap.

I am on the £8 a month deal which gives me 500 mins, unlimited texts and 3GB of data - great value for money in my opinion! The big bonus is any remaining data gets rolled over into the next month so I am never short. Coverage is great too.

Get good service generally and excellent value for money with the sim only plans, espcially the £8 plan. I also got coverage on the underground and the customer service is good and 24/7 help is available.

I've dealt with their customer service multiple times and they've only been kind, quick, and helpful in their responses. I got a plan during a sale and it's a great rolling plan.

I switched providers to iD recently and was immediately struck by the great deal they offered. For a sim only (no phone included), pay monthly contract at only £10 a month, I was very impressed, especially as the 5GB monthly data allowance can be rolled over into the next month. The iD mobile app is also really useful for checking how much of my allowance I have left. Overall, very happy.

Ideal network provider for a student. I got the IPhone XS for zero upfront cost with a plan that suits me and for a price I can afford on a student wage. Would 10/10 reccomend

iD is a fantastic mobile supplier. I was originally with three and loved the coverage but not the prices. iD have the lowest priced pay monthly sim, so it doesn't cost me much whilst still providing a quality service. Another thing I really appreciate about iD is that their mobile app can work on data and WiFi.

the app is very easy to use and tells you exactly how much data is left. It is also very easy to add data if you need.

The service are good and helpful, well apart from that, to be honest, the signal are often bad, specially when you are in central London, such as Oxford Street area, Covent Garden, Westminster Bridge, etc. It really confused us a lot, and there were a lot of times that I did show we have full signal, but actually we couldn't even make a call, so just wanting to say, we are paying the plan monthly, and we are expecting that our payment would meet our expectations, otherwise, we feel like we are not actually enjoying the plan.

Easy to contact, helpful costumer service. Have an app that's easy to use to track usage of data texts and minutes

ID is a good network overall, and I haven't had any problems with the network but the 3G isn't great so if that's what you want your contract for I wouldn't recommend. Otherwise it's a great network.

good value and quick to transfer the old number over. Coverage seems to be pretty good so far, no places I haven't not been able to receive data

I've not had an issue with this mobile provider. The coverage is great, never lost the signal, the mobile app is super useful and helps me stay in charge of my contract. My only issue is that to add data to your contract it is rather expensive! A few times my bill is more than it should be, sorted out but it is still a pain.

The rollover plan they give is great. For only 14 a month essentially get 4GB which is more than enough for me

When purchasing the phone the customer service was great and the in store members were very helpful. The coverage is as good as other providers but as I live in a rural area the coverage can be quite bad. The data always runs out but the call time and texts are ample. Also no roaming internationally cant make or recieve calls

Great plan. It is the best value compared to all the others I have researched. It is also very simple and quick to buy additional data on the Id Mobil app. The app is very good as it shows you how much data you have used and how much you have left. You also get really useful data reminders when you have used 80% of your data. Service is good as well. It also sends you text messages when you arrive in a new country telling you how much the roaming cost in that country which is good. The cost of my contract is £5 a month and the quality of my coverage is good. The customer service when I got my pac code to unlock my phone was excellent.

I switched from Giffgaff to ID mobile early. Always thirsty for data I have kept an eye on the best mobile deals and ever since switching in early 2017 - I have never looked back. The original offer with 500 minutes, 5000 texts and 4GB data at £10 was unbeatable, and it has only ever gotten better with time for me. I continue to pay £10 per month which gives me 500 minutes, unlimited texts and 8GB(!) data. That's not to mention that unused data rolls onto the following month meaning that often I have 10GB at my disposal at any given month. There is also free EU roaming as standard, and add-on data/minutes packages are very affordable.

The service is good. Sometimes it can be patchy in certain areas, so check whether it covers your area well before you buy. Customer service is good. Overall, very good value for money and I'm happy with them.

I switched to ID from O2 as I wanted a cheap SIM only plan. I have had no problems at all with ID - no problems with coverage, bills, charges etc. You can set a cap for charges so that is one less thing to worry about when you are using your mobile for everything you would use a landline for usually.

ID mobile is a very good phone network that provides data to a majority of places across the UK (hence the 4/5 star). I have not yet needed to speak with customer services however the overall network is very good! And also the app is very helpful.

Good coverage and signal in most parts of the UK and Europe, good idea of roll over data means that have plenty of data every month, well priced contracts
