Always a fantastic service provided. Have been with them for over a year and never had an issue. It's always amazing customer service and value for money. I would recommend to anyone.

Their website is easy to see through and keep track of payments. The only time I was not happy with their customer services was when they had to install the automatic meter reader, as they came twice, but we still don't have a new meter reader as the place of the old meter reader is too high up and so they would have to send some other people to reach it. (It is like 2.5 meters high, they could bring a ladder, I think.) But other than this, I have no problem with their services.

We signed up for a dual tariff gas and electricity contract but unknowingly to us, were only charged for electricity throughout the year of our tenancy. This resulted in a huge fine for the unpaid gas bill. Since then, we have tried numerous times to pay the bill and fine but no one has sent us details of how to pay - our emails are ignored and are left on hold for hours. Do not recommend.

Scottish Power were great, after some initial teething problems I gave them a call (bonus points for having Paolo nutini as on hold music) and they sorted it out no problems. The rates were really reasonable too, not that we had much choice because we had to stick with the supplier that the owner of the house had initially set up with.

We are being overcharged by a lot and have had no help resolving this. We are paying roughly £100 a month.

Cannot fault Scottish Power for the service they provided whilst I was living in Portsmouth over the past year. Excellent contract pricing (no hidden charges of fees) faultless customer service, helpful app (which also allowed easy meter reading submissions) and review of account billing and no problems throughout my entire contract with them. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.

Easy to understand billing with text and email reminders for providing a meter reading. Currently on a standard tariff so will be looking to do a comparison check.
