The application process was very straight forward as the nhs website allows you to store previous applications. This means that you don't have to start from scratch with every application you can edit. This saves a lot of time. I was able to choose my own interview time and date which was very helpful with childcare. I have progressed in my role in the last year and had a lot of support during this process. There is a lot of focus on CPD and training.

There are deliberate, thoughtful processes in place to help strive. There are also deliberate, thoughtful efforts to improve the process even more. Openness, flexibility to explore better ways of operations with all employee. New technology and people passionate about security. Helping improve our healthcare system while working for a company that cares about its employees. When I'm able to make a difference in process, product, a colleague's understanding of something, when I learn something from a colleague, and when I'm able to improve a customer's experience with our product and/ services. I like our product line-up, our ability to shift our vision to align with the industry, market needs, and specific requirements of our customers. Customer focus is one of our highest priorities.

Great job love what I do. I am a health professional and glad I studied at teesside university. I will continue to provide excellent care to my clients and their family's. I work with in a small team, gathering evidence and setting realistic goals with my clients. I provide care packages, equipment and minor and major adaptions. I work within a budget. Working realistically and creatively helps me achieve the goals and out comes their strive towards. I grade activities andmake sure the task is challenging enough to get the person to do what is set out for them in the plan, but not to hard that the person will become disheartened and put off.

Great working environment. Company culture great. You get to work in different departments and meet all kinds of people and the fact that what you are doing is helping someone be better and get better is an amazing feeling.

Application process was simple for an information and performance officer - you submitted your CV and a cover letter and the interview was with current graduates and the manager which involved a presentation and some formal interview questions. You are given real responsibility from day one, taking over statutory returns where the results are published nationally and you answer to corporates such as Managing Directors on a daily basis. The work life balance is great - you get lots of holidays and 2 hours for an appointment if necessary etc, although remuneration package is notoriously low considering the role you are taking on. Nevertheless you develop lots of skills such as SQL a which you can go on professional courses for, and develop skills in your own time such as excel
