Student Hut to track student feelings on COVID-19

The student review site Student Hut has launched a project to track student opinion during the COVID-19 crisis.

Student Hut will use their 40,000-strong panel to find out students’ feelings on COVID-19 and what impact it will have on their education and consumer choices.

The project will provide weekly updates showing the change in student attitudes from the UK’s most engaged and diverse student panel, taken from an audience of one million users and over 130,000 subscribers.

Universities and brands can sign up to stay informed about student opinion during the COVID-19 crisis.

“COVID-19 is creating unrelenting change for everyone. Students are no longer taking exams, education is moving online, and entire societies are in lockdown.

“Each day brings new measures and impacts. To be agile and understand how COVID-19 is impacting students’ views, actions and mental health, we need to talk to them. We need tangible insight to inform how best to engage a student audience.” said Katherine Nicholls, Director of Research at Student Hut.
