Wanna start the new year with a bang? Join the Student Hut community and get more from your time at uni in 2023.

2023 is the year that you get more, from uni, from adult life and from us. And it all starts with joining the Student Community (for free, obviously).

What’s in it for you? I’m glad you asked…

Exclusive content and advice to your inbox

Life at uni can get tricky sometimes and we wanna help with that where we can. So when you sign up to our community we’ll send you advice and content around mental health, relationships, finances, jobs, friendships - anything and everything that goes into the uni experience.

The chance to write for us (and get paid!)

Our writers work round the clock to produce the best content in the world, but sometimes our creativity, insights and good looks just aren’t enough to truly encapsulate the student experience. So for 2023, we’re turning to you.

Each month we’ll put out a call for content around specific themes or topics and then give you guys the chance to pitch articles around them.

For your troubles you’ll get a byline (great for the CV and portfolio) and, crucially, you’ll get paid! So whether you want to break into a career as a writer/content creator or you just want to earn a bit of extra cash this is a great way to build some experience.

Entry into the Student Hut Opinion Panel

Even if you’re not a writer we’ll still help that bank balance.

With the Student Hut Opinion Panel, you’re able to earn points towards Amazon vouchers by taking surveys, when you reach 2500 points you can cash that out for a £25 gift card.

The surveys cover the topics, issues and current events affecting you and every other student in the country. Some are hard-hitting, others are light-hearted, but all give the chance to have your say and get paid in the process.
